Beginnings
Maylilly Soaps & Bath Treats began as a Facebook page in 2013 called "Maylilly's Garden Party". My intention was to use it as a "creative corner" to share my ideas, creations and also to promote other soapmaker's and their businesses. But it wasn't long before I had people asking me how they could buy some of my soap. From then on "Maylilly's Garden Party" was in business! Selling soap, bath fizzy cupcakes, bath truffle melts.
As of January 2014, I decided to re-launch Maylilly with a new name and logo and is now known as "Maylilly Soaps & Bath Treats".
About my soaps
Most
of my soaps are made using the the traditional cold process method. I
use many skin loving ingredients such as Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Cocoa and
Shea Butters (and many more). The palm oil I use is from sustainable
sources (I do have some soaps that are totally palm oil free as well).I use essential oils and high quality fragrance oils and skin safe colours.
Other products I make
Making soaps is what I am all about, however I do enjoy making bath and body products too. From sugar scrubs and body butters, to bath truffle melts and bath milks, and of course bath fizzy cupcakes.
